Terms of delivery and return

The book can be purchased directly from the author or ordered online. Unregistered correspondence of Lietuvos paštas delivers books ordered online. Delivery price in Lithuania - 2 EUR, in European Union countries - 3 EUR.

If you would like to ship outside the European Union or the books you order exceed 2 kg, please contact us by e-mail.  eva@tombak.lt

All books sold are covered by the publisher's warranty. If you receive a defective item, you can return it to us immediately or later. Let us know about the received defective product by e-mail. email address: eva@tombak.lt . We will contact you and agree on the time when we will be able to deliver the same quality product and return the defective product. On the packaging of the goods, clearly write "Defective goods" and your (as the sender) and our (as the recipient) address:  Eva Tombak, Aukštagirio str. 16-2, Vilnius 10105.

We pay for the delivery and return of substandard goods. In the event that we are unable to exchange a defective product for the same quality, we will offer another product that costs the same amount or refund your money for the defective product.

You can return the items purchased in our bookstore within 14 days of receiving the order. Please let us know by e-mail before returning the goods. email address: eva@tombak.lt . Write "Return" on the packaging of the returned goods and send it to us at:  Eva Tombak, Aukštagirio str. 16-2, Vilnius 10105.

We guarantee the refund of the amount paid, including the delivery costs paid by you. When returning the goods, you pay only the direct costs of returning the goods.

If no consensus is reached, the Buyer may submit requests or complaints regarding the Goods purchased in the Seller's e-shop on the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform.  http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ .
